Darn I missed it. Let me get caught up.. Hi Mom!( Dad too!) Im watching feom Virginia Beach,VA. How amazing that they can help so much. Gosh, sometimes an extra pair of hands, another eye, or as i often say....another brain makes such a difference when doing something! Houses are rarely ever actually done/ finished.... Loved your answer about if thrifting "makes you smart"... It definitely makes you think outside the box. Enjoyed watching the LIVE... Hey wait, you read my question! (About the overstimulating spaces) I actually came at that question from a person who considers herself a minimalist and yet her space wouldn't reflect that given that i have a lot of art on the walls. I think of myself as a minimalist in the intention of choosing exactly what i want to display and yet sometimes i find myself feeling overwhelmed and wishing i had less. Tricky balance esp as a person who rents and has roommates. Thanks for sharing your thoughts!

Good on ya for getting to 30k. Sorry I missed the live. I find that my vision is a very important part of my creative ability. If I can see it or how something goes together it’s a much easier process. Maybe it’s because I’m a visual learner but I jump into upholstery, tiling, building, refinishing, etc with confidence. I think of it as my stupid optimism, that I just jump in feeling I can do a thing. It’s very freeing but also can be a bit overwhelming. I found your channel because of sewing but I really connect with you vision and process. Keep it up!
