Nice video, your happiness is good to hear. But I'd say to answer question 1 : There's 2 parts in spirituality. First is seeking, second is finding (and there's a lot to find before finding enlightenment). Obviously one who wants to know where to start is already seeking, so is already on the spirirual path as long as he/she keeps seeking. Now where to start ? Start light. I mean for a foreigner, Idian spirituality will probably be too much to take unless you do it progressively. So in order that you don't get to think that this is all nonsense, you should start with what you like because I found at least a bit of spirituality is almost in everything in India. When I was young I use to view Yoga as a gymnastic for ladies. That was before I went to India to learn Kalaripayat (martial art style of Kerala). Because my training included some Yoga (asanas). But you'll find some Yoga in just about anything in India. And don't think you know Yoga because you practise it abroad. There's a world of difference between Yoga abroad and Yoga in India. Anyway you'll end up with Yoga if you seek spirituality. Even indian religion will lead you to Yoga. Idian spirituality is Yoga. But not all schools are good. Many gurus are manipulators who can ruin your life. I can't tell you who is good and who is not. Ask people, many people ! And when quite a few will tell you this one is good, see for yourself. Because in the end spirituality is all experimental in the sense that if you don't experiment improvement, no need to continue. There's nothing to believe in Yoga. If you're asked to have faith in this or that, this is not Yoga. Yoga is try and see. To end I'd Sadhguru is a good one but try for yourself and see !

By my experience if anyone wants to go through Spritual path don't know how to start I recommend start with isha kriya and it helps us to go forward....

Hello Anna, I have been watching your videos for a quiet long time now and which has helped me to connect more particise and learning more about all the Isha Kriya. I have a question here as I have never been to Isha center but I want to continue doing my practice I need your guidance. I have only done my Bhuta Shuddhi in my home town Isha center. I now want to include other Isha Kriya and yoga in my practice could you please guide me the steps as to how to start which practice should I do first. And as I have to drink the water in the morning with neem and turmeric can I do my Bhuta Shuddhi and other Isha Kriya and yoga after taking it.

I will appreciate if you can share what exactly sadhguru does in completion time, how one feels, is it an inflow of his energy, does it make you a Shiva bhakt as I am a Krishna devotee. During one full moon flirtation, I felt a burst of inexplicable joy during sadhguru meditation but at following night strange unshakable depressive feeling... After this I felt skeptical about accepting joyous energy without Karmically having earned it so having to undergo a trough, does this make sense

You can do it from the Coimbatore ashram or any local Isha yoga center near you. Download the Sadhguru app, select Yoga option then select Upcoming option and search with your location. They will start the programs soon once the lockdown situation is under control.
