You can watch me give up trying on my wardrobe half way as I need to find homes for a lot of it 😂 I really needed to stop snacking and sipping caffeine all day instead of sitting down for mindful, wholesome, and nutritious meals ❤ so glad I made the change last year - consequently, I’ve outgrown some dresses! Hooray for being happier and healthier! I also tell you a story about a ‘possibly’ supernatural experience?? I don’t really know, but it’s a fun story! Sending much much love! ❤

I find it hard not to snack when i have such sweet tooth 😩 coffee and a good treat always go hand in hand somehow 😅...and these small pleasures i don't give up on no matter what people say, rather trying to do some yoga to burn it off but anyway i feel you..snacking is such comforting part that it can feel almost too natural and then you end up eating all of your little treats lol! Also best advice about not eating all of it is telling your partner to hide snacks from you 😂 when you realise craving hits ...when it gets bad,bad haha otherwise..i just keep repeating to myself i don't need and im not hungry until its carved into my thoughts! Have a nice day Paola 🌸🐛

Hello Paola, You look lovely as always, today you have an extra glow about you. Have you considered adding a 'thanks' button? There are times when I would like to send a few dollars to say thankyou, just a thought. It would help with the cost of running your channel. I had a near death experience in 2015 that changed my life. Not a ghost story, but a beautiful experience I often think back to. I hope your brother is enjoying Australia. We are a vast country with extreme varying climates. I live in one of the coldest year round area's. People are often shocked that Australia has cold parts😊. I’m 50 years old and I grew up in an age where the internet really wasn’t a thing until our 20s. My family was on the poorer side growing up and we had a tiny little 13” black and white tv and it had like 3 channels at most. We played outside and used our imagination a lot. We didn’t get a color tv or cable until I was in my young teenage years. Because of this I find I don’t watch a lot of tv and prefer to listen to music. I am not an artist, but I try to sketch, draw, or paint daily. I love folk art and do a lot of that kind of style. I got sick 4 years ago and since my diagnosis I can’t do quite as much physical activity as I would like, so finding other things to keep my mind occupied was a challenge at first. I do admit that I’m a bit addicted to KZbin and watch quite a bit especially in the evening when things are settling down from our day. I watch mostly artists ASMR channels, and I love listening to guided meditation before going to sleep. Thank you so much for sharing a little bit of your world with us.

I believe in angels. But my most vivid memory wasn’t about an angel but about an elderly ghost. I lived in an apartment several years ago where there was a spirit named Mabel. She was in her 80s with beautiful white hair and an amazing smile. She had lived in the apartment many years before going into a nursing home and when she passed away she came back to her apartment. She wore dresses, aprons, compression stockings and orthopedic shoes and always had a sweater close by. She loved to sit on the corner of my bed. She enjoyed the flowers I’d bring home. Once we got used to each other we got along well and would occasionally see each other in the apartment each doing our own thing. When I decided to move, she was quite sad as she enjoyed my company as I enjoyed hers. She told me she’d miss me and that I was a good caretaker of her home. I never saw her after I left but I think of her occasionally. I hope that she eventually was able to leave her apartment behind. If not, I hope other tenants welcomed her.

Loved the story about your guardian angel! As you get older, there will be more stories. Cats have cattitude, but dogs can be just as bad. One of mine used to love paper and once chewed a $5,000 check. Before that he was a petty thief but that made him a felon. Enjoyed your Q & A video and yes, it's good to appreciate one's body instead of berating it and not feeding it right. Maybe if we think of ourselves as one of our pets? Wishing you a great week!

Your comment on putting your phone down and finding that it takes time to "build up the ability to refocus" is so true. I used to be able to sew or draw for HOURS and think that only 15 mins had gone by. And now I find my attention span is practically gone, because of the "swiping and quick" entertaining nature of computers and phones. We move into our new home this Fall (after 5 years of my sewing and drawing things being storage away) and I hope to start "rebuilding" my mental endurance again - to entertain myself.

I’ve had male cats until 3 years ago I adopted a female kitten… and she is simply untrainable - unlike my male cats who listen to me. It must be a female cat trait, I work with flowers and have to shut her in a room when I’m working or else she will get into everything!! Thankfully she doesn’t hold any grudges 🥲 she is like no other cat I’ve had before and she brings so much joy and laughter in my life daily 💜 I love hearing about your cat!
