I cannot believe people are still having this conversations, its pretty obvious that pro choice arguments are nothing compared to prolife's.

+Paulina Ramírez Not everyone looks at the argument the way you or Trent does. I am cool with abortions as long as the fetus isn't sentient yet ie. Hasn't developed the ability to experience its environment or a brain to do so. So far I haven't seen an argument that can refute my position.

@bwoy12345. Just like viability, why does sentience matter? Plenty of animals that we normally eat or would not eat (like Trent's rat) are sentient and we don't recognize any or little value in them. Or is it just sentient humans (or sentient members of any rational species)? If so, why does sentience determine when a human is valuable but sentience does the cow I just ate in my Big Mac no good?

It saddens me that abortion is still around.

Thank you Trent! I was wobbling around but now I am firm. Life starts at conception. Period.

I also have thought about the individuals who were born premature at 20 weeks instead of at the preferred birth time of 40, or even later? They come out and we treat them with desperation, but suddenly we get to the abortion debate and the response to everything is "meh?"

God bless your heart Trent.

Amazing how this lady tries to divert the question to herself. She can't seem to stand on her own position.

Amen, pro choice makes sense to a point when people who believe in that type of mentality twist and try to ignore the pro life aspects. But when you look at the larger scheme of things pro life is the way that is right and nothing anyone says can change that. Human life is human life at every stage of development.

So this is a good honest catholic woman whose entire life and career has been trying to tell her a developing person isn't a person. Kudos to her, because it's obvious her conscience and moral code object to abortion, despite the reality that doing her job and college experience have been trying to condition her to think people aren't people. Liberal education leading to confusion, so again kudos for not blindly accepting that position

+ArchetypeGotoh The brainwashing has been so effective! And the lady is a Dr. herself...!!!! I hope it is clear to her now!
