I just recently ate a pre-packaged cinnamon roll and it immediately made me nauseous. I think I’m finally starting to not like some of the pre-packaged junk foods bc they just don’t taste that good to me anymore. Little Debbie’s and other snacks like that are tasting more wax-like these days, and I’m thrilled about it. 😂 Just wish I would stay consistent with my fasting and eating better so I can lose weight instead of continuing to gain. It’s been a year and a half and I’m heavier than I’ve ever been. 😢

I’m at 6 months and haven’t lost. Unbelievable that I’m still doing it. Kudos to me!😂 But, seriously, I feel so good, and like the idea of autophagy and what it is doing in my body, like taking care of the visceral fat and the many other benefits that I’ve read in Gen’s book. I may not be losing weight, but I may be changing from the inside out. That’s what I’m thinking. Hopefully, soon the weight will start to come off. Thank you, Jackie, for speaking on the subject of not losing weight with IF. I have to keep remembering, I feel great, and the weight will come off!😘🌷

I recently started fasting again and I'm already down 2 lbs! 🎉 I fast at least 18-20 hrs and I do a 4 hr eating window. I DO still put 1 TBL of HWC in my coffee. I HATE black coffee. So, I've decided, as long as it doesn't stall my weightloss I'm keeping the heavy cream...

That’s so true, when you don’t restrict you won’t eat as much as you think you would x I use to binge lots sweets after a restricted diet but thank God now I never. If I eat too much I feel sickly so it makes me not do so often 😂

I was supposed to break my fast at 8pm yesterday but I had to rush to accident & emergency for my ankle so I couldn't eat, not only was my ankle treated I didn't even think of food till today so I'm having a feast today lol.

Thank you for answering my question Jackie and for giving a good book reference to read. I agree, I think after fasting for a certain length of time, eventually one will "reshape" their eating habits and NOT take advantage of that OMAD eating window to eat everything in sight. Love seeing the puppy i🐕n the background roaming the house. 😊

Hi there. I’m a new follower of your KZbin channel after seeing you on Six Miles to Supper’s! I enjoy listening to your IF perspectives and your guests’. I’ve never fasted for more than a few days because I haven’t been able to stick with it. But hearing the different approaches and ideas re-inspired me to give it a try again. So for the last few days, I’ve done a 12-hour fast and that’s worked fine. I’ve heard that some people have an a.m. feeding window and more of an afternoon and evening fasting routine. Have you ever talked about that on one of your videos? I know it’s not the style you prefer but I find it kind of intriguing because I’m such an early morning eater!

The Dr fung crowd always preaching omad is not good for weight loss !! You mess up metabolism after awhile..they always say everyone should do adf .
