Aussie here. Australia is way harder to live in than most people think, so I totally emphasise with you. It’s so expensive, it’s really competitive, and people are way more highly strung and judgemental then we let on to the rest of the world. Funnily enough, I’ve always wanted to go live in Cornwall even though I’ve lived here forever!

I started watching your videos cause i loved how you where surfing in the winter with a full wetsuit, facing the cold without the perfect look. It was refreshing compared to all the perfect surfer girl in tiny swimsuit we always see on the internet! I'm really glad you're choosing to stay true to yourself, no mater what others thinks and if your content is about surf or not. Just do whatever you love and it will work! From a french follower ;)

Oh, I totally get what you said about comparing your success with people on instagram or in general with others. I had a pretty tough time recently and I just needed to take a break from everything but because I was comparing my life to others I was less self compassionate even though it’s what I needed. Can’t wait for your Cornwall adventures 😍

I know I’m late to the party on this video, but when you’re back in Cornwall, maybe you should try and move to a “larger” town so it’s a bit more energetic in winter? I remember you saying you used to live near sennen, maybe see if you could find somewhere in penzance or hayle? Or even Falmouth if you fancy a bigger change, it’s always lively in fal! (Totally get its further from the surf tho)

Loved the honesty here! and its oh so very true - we all get caught up in that fake online life from time to time! And speaking from Cornwall at the moment (South coast) it IS very rainy rn :) but it makes those clear blue sky days all the more special when they arrive! Also, I bloody love your Cornwall content and just 2 normal ppl going about their lives and being very real about what it's like trying to get by and enjoy life, so I for one am stoked you'll be back on SW soil!
