Definitely one of the most underrated channels on KZbin. Definitely agree with your training methodology, and love applying your workouts.

Tough question for you. Seen many get this wrong. I barely just grasp it myself. Would like to see your explanation. The correlation, extension of and differences between these 5 models due to connection to each other: 1) general adaptation system (gas), 2) stimulus, fatigue, recovery and adapt (SFRA) model, 3) fitness-fatigue model, 4) two factor model and the 5) conjugated sequencing model. And how you use super-compensation peak or overreaching to achieve optimal adaptations within these models. I hear people saying different things and crossing over information.

Brother I would like your opinion on my personal work out routine I work in construction that involves a lot of digging and asphalt/concrete work I’m pursuing boxing and do a lot of kettle bell variants kettlebell halos/swings/gorilla rows combined with medicine ball abb twist and jumps I can’t do much running due to my job so I focus heavily on swimming and recovery in jacuzzi and sauna and usually finish my strength and conditioning with the cobra bag and heavy bag I would greatly appreciate any input of yours thank you for the videos truly help full especially the video on endurance Gracias 🇲🇽

Would you recommend a swimming conditioning program for Combat Sports - Wrestling, MMA, etc? If so, do you have swimming program that you can share? Thank you!

I have a question: Im an amateur boxer, but i will eventually go pro. I want to learn the olympic lifts for power training. Should i try to learn them myself, or should i wait untill i have the opportunity to have a coach teach me them?

I’ve got a question about change of direction and agility training for sports like football soccer and others. would lateral and 1 leg plyos be enough for those to change direction and stuff effectively or do i need those agility drills if so could you give some.

I gotta agree partly with the question about the shadow ("partly" being the keyword). So according to what you said, we can't integrate the shadow and become whole, as shadow work aims to do, because the "persona" and "shadow" are separate.I remember the video in question, how you say to tap into your dark side, but if it's already been incorporated there's no longer any "darkness" to tap into. So in that case he's right, the shadow self is the real you, whether it's been incorporated or still part of your shadow. You say they're separate, but even the diagram you used also shows that the "shadow" and "persona" are all parts of a greater whole of the "self". Not bashing/hating or anything like that, just wanted to point that out, otherwise I really enjoy your videos on training power for combat sports.

Hi, yes, Jungian psychology states that the persona and the shadow are both subcomponents of the self, but in themselves, they are not the same. The person in the comment appeared to use them interchangeably, which made him misinterpret the main message of the video. That is what I attempted to point out.

@@PowerTraining Ok, that's fair enough. Keen to see your take on "best bang for buck" exercises or "only exercises you need/minimalist training," etc, especially for combat sports. Might be a good video idea, I've seen other channels do often, and I was mixed about Garage strength's take for combat sports. 🦾
