Thank you Tony, do you recommend taking pulse pressure at a particular time of day? 2 hours after meals?

In terms of stress check the kidneys and the adrenals usually need to supplement 500mg potassium bicarbonate to bring down blood pressure stress, check for bladder infections and are the bowels are regular. What fixed it for us was 500mg magnesium citrate or 1000mg magnesium taurate in the mornings, you will be very relaxed by bedtime we will also occasionally use 5mg melatonin to get the 'deep' sleep to heal. And vitamin D3 - K2-M7 is important to clean up sinus inflammation, bronchitis and lung infections that will cause teeth grinding. Finally you may need Vinpocetine 30-40mg a day to clean up brain inflammation, it all depends on what is stressing your body or what is causing inflammation in your body, you need to get rid of the cause of the inflammation.

Hey, what are your thoughts on pharmeceutical "creon"? And what are some good things to look for to ensure you're getting quality in enzymes you'll typically find in supplement stores?

I don't understand that test. So if you have a low BP difference number like 30, then that's a sign of less stress state. If you have lower breath rate, that's also a sign of less stress. But if the first number divided by the second number is greater than 3, that's a sign of a stress state? For example, 90/60 = 30, divided by 6 breaths in a minute = 5. According to this test that means too much stress state. Am I wrong that this seems to not make sense?

I noticed my 5 year old daughter is grinding her teeth at night. She is stressed. We just moved. New baby brother. Started kindergarten. I feel lost on how to help her out of the fight or flight state.

The calculation of dividing the pulse pressure doesn't make sense to me. Let's assume a normal BP reading of 120/80, which would be a pulse pressure of 40. You would need a breath rate of at least 13 or more to come out with a result under 3. The way I understand it, a more frequent breath rate is a sign of poor health, not the other way around. I know when my asthma or other chronic issues flare up, by breath rate increases. When I'm healthy and at rest, low stress, is when my breath rate drops below 10.
