I'm a chronically unemployed guy - for many reasons (health, work history), one of which is the one you just mentioned - I combine facts and my real opinions - negative references on the previous employees and practices, for instance. All of those positions have been the least obnoxious ones I could accept - shit jobs - insurance adviser, bank teller, call centre ... At my last interview, I even mentioned that I took those positions because there hadn't been any better options.- ass simple as it was 🤣🤦♂But I think, if I were allowed to participate in an interview for a job I was really interested in, I would refine my speech accordingly.

Can you make a video about obtaining an office job with no office experience? Also include for young and older people alike about this subject.

Elena thank you so much for your videos I have watched then all many times. I want to ask a question. So I got my interview on 24th of August and they said I’m an early interviewer so it will take a long process since the volume of applicants is high. The interview went well to be honest I answered everything with the STAR method and was clear about my qualifications. I even told them this is my dream job. Which it is, I want to start here. And then I applied for more locations for the same bank and same positions, I got more interviews but since I already did an interview back in August. Now they aren’t doing the interviews maybe they think basically the same questions so no need to. But this makes me worried so much, I haven’t heard anything back , it’s been already 3 weeks almost 4. What will you recommend to me ? Do you think they were interested ? What kind of approach should I take?

@@MyreneHanley I got 2 offers from Wells Fargo but both were paying lower than my expectations. And I had to pay $13 daily for train to just go there , they help you with commute but literally it’s like $300 a year. Also the hiring process was really bad they have really mean HR ppl doing the screening calls. I did over +8 interviews with them for different branches and positions. Since the hiring was reaaaaaally long I got a different job with x1,5 pay . Wells Fargo is good for starting but I recommend you to get a reference letter from someone inside then apply
