Ant is a master. Trust me,I’ve done collision repair all my life and it takes some doing. Everything has a purpose and a place,evry bolt,screw,rivet,plug is ther for a reason. Need a hand ant I’d love to tackle a build with you. Be nice to learn some new things. No matter how much I think I know I learn something new with every car I build.

Ant, I cringed when I saw you operating the grinder without a full face shield. I personally had the experience of a cutting disc detonate on me and a fragment embedded in my face shield. The safety glasses are the secondary protection to protect your eyes only. Check some of the google images of the result. Cheers mate, I love your show and want to see plenty more. Basic gloves and no protection for your arms...mmm good H&S and why not cut off the items not needed them send blast...doesn't make a lot of sense.. heyho that's just me...the rest...needs to be boosted up a bit more...👍

Please use metric in engineering. Imperial measurements are so unhelpful and clunky. You would have been trained in metric. Great mini series otherwise Ant.

Chris B. aka wraith01mg Do you know that in aircraft engineering all measurements are in imperial ? Even Airbus, a European company has to use imperial. In addition, for precision engineering in imperial, the usual practice is to use decimal. i.e. 1 3/8” equals 1.375” ..... easy.

@@DMJ52 I can't comment on air bus's bizarre methods, but can comment on their engin suppliers, rolls royce. Who i used to work for, and we never went near imperial, mainly because no one in Engineering uses it, and also because the companies we supplied to, inc airbus, mainly due to commonality and "we're not at home to mr fuck up" a good mantra that avoids unnecessary extra legwork.

@@DMJ52 I have to say I was extremely surprised to hear that they use imperial measurements..... i just had to call a contact I have at the wing plant Broughton Wales..... they most assuredly don't use imperial measurements it turnes out, and haven't since the early 80s. Maybe it was old info chap.
