Ant knows, having to redo some things on a project like this is inevitable, you can't think of everything now matter how careful you think you are, or how many times you measure. I'm doing a "Lotus 7" style build from scratch, with C4 Corvette suspension. Thought I measured for right ride height in the back, must have checked it half a dozen times. Set the chassis on the ground, and it was off by 3"! Got out the grinder.....Good thing steel tubing is cheap! I like what he's doing, and for those that think he talks too much, better that than not making much commentary and having folks wonder " How did he do this or that" "Wish he would have explained that", etc. Great job Ant, keep it up!

Isn't the prop shaft going to go through your legs? The large Hooke's joint angles at each end will give rise to a high cyclical angular velocity oscillation within the shaft which will lead to internal stresses at twice the rotational frequency, and possible failure. Have you calculated for this effect? Or are you going to add a transfer box to move the gearbox output shaft laterally in line with the diff?

I watched him build this last summer on youtube then it was removed and now its back. He asked Chip Foose to design a custom paint design for it in a later episode but never used it, LOL , Foose didn't understand what he wanted by the look on Ant's face.

The intake shall not be to smooth, unlike the exhaust. A smooth intake prevents the vortexes needed to atomize the fuel.

Any, lovely guy but I worry about what he’s doing. Alfa were smart people, and after many, many experiments, they REDUCED port sizes on their twin cam head, having found that increased velocity improved burn rate and hence power output. They came up with phenomenal amounts of data, which is incredibly valuable, and explains why few great tuners waste time opening the ports...
