Just today when i was on a walk with my parents, when we had to move because their was a family riding their bikes passing by, i stepped on a whole ass ant colony by accident and i suddenly felt a bunch of ant crawling on my legs and i was freaking out, my dad had to get them off and i was literally in tears because i was horrified they were gonna eat me up and kill me. My mom told me that the worst they could do is bite which i may have gotten bitten by one cause i felt it on the back of my knee. I blame this song for my fear off ants and causing me to cry out loud in front of other people.

My interpretation When Rin was a kid she is obsessed with ants and would take care of them however if people steps on an ant maybe she harms them and maybe that made Rin.s classmates to bully her thinking she is a weirdo for liking ants too much and one day one of her bullies Len saw her and decided to stomp on the ants she was furious that she decided to kill Len that night and cut his body into pieces and fed it to the ants based on the lyrics then when her mother called her for lunch she accidentally stomped on one of them she was desperate and decided to take her own life for not taking care of them in a good way because at the end we can hear ambulance noises meaning she had been taken to the hospital

logic dump time!!!!!! so, theoretically, let's say this. the most common ants found in japan are carpenter ants, and the average mature colony of carpenter ants carries around 3,000 ants. specifying that he "killed ants cruelly" to the point where it's enough to enrage the colony to attack (they're normally quite friendly to humans, so it would take a lot) and the fact that young children tend to take things to the extreme, we can safely say that he killed around 30-40% of the colony. 30% would be 900 (which is really easy to do actually, it's not as much as it sounds) and 40% would be 1200. at the highest we're looking at around 2100 ants leftover, at the lowest around 1800. len, being 5'1, at average would be 101-123lbs. it's been researched, and it takes around 500 ants to carry even 1lbs. keep in mind, that's without interference. multiply that by 112 (the middle ground of the average weights) and you would need approximately 56000 ants to carry enough weight to reach a point where that would be possible. but you also have to keep in mind, they'd also have to grab him and carry him off the bed, which he'd definitely gonna feel that (he'd also probably squish most of them upon impact) so he'd be awake and able to fight back.
