It’s all about food quality and inflammation. He made a good point. But he didn’t avoid falling in the conventional wisdom that “fruit and vegetables are good”. Due to all the anti nutrients, not only fruit and vegetables has less bio available nutrients than unprocessed animal, but also more inflammatory than the later. You can be healthy on any indigenous (I mean people who live in a pre industrialization life) diet.

It’s ALL about Nutrient-Dense WHOLE Foods that don’t spike your Blood Insulin, along with significant Intermittent Fasting to get Insulin back down to Optimal Levels.
