I live in Lynchburg, Va., the town where Anthony is from. Met him one time in a little hot dog stand in town. He came in to eat, and when I approched him and commented on how much I loved "Yes Dear", he was exceptionally nice! I know several people that knew him growing up, and all say he was a great person. Sure did seem that way too me! I only wish he could get a new show because he is SOOOO funny. Hope I getvthe chance to see him again sometime. Awesome personality! You rock Anthony!

He was born in Lynchburg but grew up closer to Lovingston. Then lived in Gladys as an adult.

Saw him several times in Boston in the mid 90's, always had me howling. I was LOLing to beat the band just watching this. Man, he killed here and it being his first time on makes it all the more impressive.

He took that sitcom money. I miss him.

As far as I can tell, he's retired from stand up with no web sites, tour dates, or social media presence. "Yes Dear" ended 12 years ago but I guess it paid enough for him to be comfortable. Some comedians do stand up because it's their calling and others do it because it pays the bills. I suppose he was one of the latter.

I had braces & the head gear. I was bullied relentlessly. It gave me wicked headaches. I had to chart the hours I wore it, so I'd cheat. It was a torture device.

Saw him doing standup when I was in college. He must have only been a few out of college himself as this was in the late 80s in Vermont. At the time I thought he was hilarious and headed to bigger and better things.
