Michael, one of the best episodes!! What an open guest Anthony turned out to be! The stories were amazing to hear. So open about his relationship with his father. What an honor to be his first podcast. Hope he comes back again to share his thoughts and experiences. He was a fantastic listen!!!!!

Great work Michael on landing such an awesome guest. You must have pulled some strings to get him into the studio. He's one of Australia's most underrated acting exports along with Bryan Brown.

Really loved this episode. Been watching Anthony’s career for years (especially here in Australia) but it’s nice to hear more about the behind the scenes of his career and about the man himself. I appreciate his honesty & no bullshit. He has so many fantastic stories. Hope he comes back again.

Just finished listening, in two parts, this wonderful Anthony LaPaglia interview. He was so earthy and raw with his points of view and honest, I can appreciate the artist within him that much more. Thanks Michael for great questions on this one! Bravo guys!

Great content! It's a real treat to listen to an actor of his caliber, going into such details of his life and career. Both Michael and the listeners hit the jackpot by having Mr. Lapaglia in the podcast! Much appreciated, guys! 🖤

Just caught this episode, solely to hear Anthony's story of his coma. I was in a month long induced coma, and I had a similar experience. In my case though, I thought i had been in like 5 different rooms, though, I was only in icu and then recovery room. Also thought the staff was trying to kill me, and much more crazy shit. Very lucid, and to this day i don't really know what was and was not real. Friends tell me I should write a book about my story. So much more than what I stated here. Life changing experience. Great episode.

I loved this interview, Michael. I know the career stuff. Isn't the focus, but I was hoping there might have been a Wihout A Trace story. I've been watching/ listening on youtube for some time. This interview had me jump over to patron to make a donation, But I didn't realize it was a subscription service. Is that the only way?

It's funny because at the beginning Rosey mentions that they talked about Without a Trace. But that wasn't talked about all. LOL I am glad that Empire Records was touched on though, and all of the personal stories were great. Finally I'm pretty sure the movie with Kilmer was The Salton Sea which is one of my favorites.

Says a lot about Anthony's character to have stuck by a picture that was dependent upon his name being in it for the funding and leaving Django after several reschedulings created a conflict. I would only hope if Tarantino heard this that he could understand and respect Anthony's decision thinking of others before himself and his career cuz no doubt that was not an easy decision to make. I don't think Tarantino is mad at Adam Sandler for doing Funny People instead of Inglourious Basterds

Great interview huge fan of Anthony especially his stellar work on Frasier. Anyone not familiar with his work outside the U.S.A. please check out his brilliant acting in an Australian film .."Lantana".. so good. Being a fellow Aussie I'm always baffled by his accent. When he is back in Oz he reverts to his Australian accent and here he is on your show sounding like he was born and bred in New York (this was the same with the legendary Rod Taylor). Whereas Chris Hemsworth and Hugh Jackman speak in their natural accents when not in roles.Dumb question for anybody . Is this an involuntary thing actors do sometimes or is it a deliberate decision?

Anthony/Michael, look into kangen water. It is alkalized and made into an antioxidant water through a machine at your sink. It becomes thin and easy to drink and absorb. Super easy and always there for you. Never have to go to the store for water. You have the healthiest possible water right in your kitchen. Also cheaper than bottled waters over the years. And you lower your plastic usage which is a win win win.

Empire Records is one of my favorite movies! It was such a great point of pop culture for those of us who were near the ages of the kids in the movie. I STILL recognize Rex Manning Day! But I would absolutely Love to see the original concept of the movie. If someone could get their hands on that script and revisit it, the indie movie scene is so much different than what it was in the 90s. It might get made.

Lex Luthor meets Lex Luthor so awesome. I loved his take on Lex Luthor in the All Star Superman film for DC's original animated movie. Very underrated performance. Also his deleted scene from Road to Perdition as Al Capone was memorable. Also had a hard time believing he was Australian. The film Analyze That where he plays a Tony Soprano type character is just hilarious.
