Cam Newton's last college year was stellar. 66.1% completion rating, 4.3 to 1 touchdown to interception ratio, 2,908 yards and 30 touchdowns. AR's final season was nowhere near that efficient. 53.8% completions, 1.9 to 1 touchdown ratio, 2549 yards and 17 touchdowns. Cam was ready for primetime. AR needs work. Wherever he goes, I hope AR has the humility and work ethic to take advantage of what the coaches will be giving. I wish him a long career.

I started watching his games not highlights what i learned was he's not a good passer at all nor can he read a defense constantly misses open receivers. As you stated Cam was a much better passer.

Cam Newton went undefeated and won the national championship in his final year. He also won the Heisman trophy. All of this while having no help or NFL talent around him. Cam was a different animal‼️

AR hasn't had the snaps in college. Cam played at different levels before coming to Auburn and tearing it up. AR15 will be successful varying on what coach he plays for

@Darth Nihilious dad how many years did AR start because Cam was in Florida but didn't play because of Tebow. Then he got in trouble beofore he could even play, got kicked off Florida, went to JUCO won the national championship there...then got the opportunity at Auburn because of what he did in JUCO and won a national championship there while going undefeated. He really only played 2 years, one in JUCO and 1 at Auburn.

I want my Colts to pick him so bad. I think Stroud will come in balling off rip, but I don't think Richardson might be so hot throwing. I think as a runner he can keep some games competitive, but under Steichen I think he can properly develop and become a Josh Allen type and that potential is so exciting. I hope we take this chance, but I can relax thinking that we have our shot of either Stroud or Richardson as long as Young goes 1sr or 2nd overall, so I won't be mad either way.

Richardson resembles an early on Cam Newton. Coaching clowns at Florida were ruining Richardson with their h.s. system. I'm a Gator, glad he left early, he's ready and he will be a franchise QB from the get go. Hope a good team with good coaches gets him.

I predicted in his true freshman year, he's be the First Pick in Round One. He's come out early, and in other forums I've posted he can.outrun Hurts and Ravens Jackson, he has as good an arm as Bill's Allen and Chargers Herbert, is as mobile as Mahomes and only trails Mahomes in accuracy. Accuracy is where a solid pro QB staff would focus upon...Richardson has been pro ready since h.s. or at minimum, after his freshman year at Florida. He is the total package, and mature beyond his years in how he discusses his most recent clust of coaches and system at Florida. My, my, what a Steve Spurrier could have done with a Richardson. Miami is the sleeper team to watch to step up for Richardson imo. They have the draft ammo to make the move, and a playoff team only in need of a Richardson.

His tape shows terrible footwork leading to a bunch of misses on gimme throws. There is a lot of staring down one guy and hitting progressions way late. His traits are elite, on tape he's just a terrible passer.

I replied to you on your previous post, used no foul language, but utube disallowed my reply. Forget what you saw from a Gator team that sucked from the get go this past season. Gators are headed for a many year drought of mid tier East SEC Conf. performance. This coaching bunch will get canned in a year or two, only to need two or three years after that to emerge from mediocrity. Gator Nation, get ready for half empty stands, coming to a Saturday near you. As for Richardson, if the right team gets him, he will be a top 5 AN in due course. We shall see who knows what.
