Creptox, I would argue to you that if there is even a 1% possibility of a world leader having collaborated with a nation famously hostile to us, in any capacity, let alone to take an election, it's worth _any_ meter of discussion. Bearing in mind, discussion so much as it's relevant to this case, no 'Whataboutisms' here.

Creptox | I mean, technically yes, Hillary would have won were it not for the Russian interference. It was the Russians that brought up the whole email debacle. You gotta remember that if Hillary won the popular vote then she wasn't that far off from winning the election. To which you might reply that, 'that was Hillary's doing, she should have acted better', to which I would reply, sure, but we got way more information about Hilary's dirt, then we got about Trump's. If we got access to every Trump email, I guarantee that Hillary would have won.

Creptox You heard that Trump is slowly admitting to everything once he knows Muller found evidence of lies. What exactly is wrong with Colbert wanting to know how much collusion went on? He also made a valid point of the adoption cover being about allowing oligarchs to sneakily get to their funds in Russia so please tell us what is hysteria because the hysteria is anyone in the United States aiding with a historically aggressive government like Russia.

What Avenatti says around the 7 minute mark is a great attack. Scaramucci is naturally drawn to accepting the credit / compliment, but Avenatti did at the same time bash Sarah Huckabee Sanders / the current administration and it's now so much harder for Scaramucci to defend that. :) Rhetorically, that was quite brilliant.

The sad thing is that's where Mooch is right, and Avanatti is wrong - Rudi is a show, and is a complete garbage fire to anyone who knows anything and isn't completely treating this as a team sport where they can root for their home team. The people who watch Fox however, are exactly those people, and when Rudi says something stupid like, "nuh uh, the president is above the law!" his viewers will cheer their hearts out because they don't _care_ about the law, they just want big strong words from their "team" so they can feel like they're "winning". It's stupid, but those kind of people are where his 63* million votes came from. He's not trying to convince _us,_ he's just maintaining a hold on his base while invigorating them to make sure they feel victimized which gets them to come out and vote.

KingBobXIV I think Avenetti meant that it's a disaster as much (or more) for freedom/democracy/the Constitution/our normal American way of life, as it is for Chump personally, his administration, and their defense against the Russia investigation. I agree with all your other points, very well said ! Except you undercounted Chump's popular vote. The serial Liar and traitor hoodwinked 60 million political airheads and Deplorables into voting for him (sadly for the rest of us 😔).

meh, the US has been a clown nation all along. The bad part is like Trump, most americans believe that they're simply the best... That blind spot has fucked you over for centuries. Very bad at self-critique, no reflection whatsoever. Hence the need for an external enemy, again and again. And now Trump brought that home: he made the left the bad guy. The US is finally fucking over itself, instead of others... And we will all suffer for it, but I guess in the end it's for the best. Give the Chinese a try at keeping the peace in the world, they will probably do a much better job. Only Taiwan, Tibet, Vietnam etc. are fooked.... Still better than proxy wars all over the world...

I'm not entirely sure of that though. From his tone it sounds like he's pleading slightly, but I think that's more towards pressing the point that there is a large population out there that does indeed believe the lies of the administration. That said, I also think these two are obvioisly teaming up in order to milk the fame that they currently have. They are both in positions that are seemingly opposed to the administration and the left will therefore listen. It helps tremendously that they both have access to channels of information unique to their specific situations concerning the president. But all in all I feel like even if A.S. isn't a Liberal or Democrat or whatever, and he wants to use his current waning fame making a buck to provide the country with the tools or new platforms to get the stupid out of the equation, then fuck it let 'em help for selfish reasons, most do anyways.

Nicole Diamantis but he didn’t..... he was just trying to answer the questions asked from a non biased point of view, but was never allowed to speak. Stephen was quite rude to be honest. he should let his guests talk, no matter if he agrees or not. that guy clearly was trying to look at things from a broad perspective, rather than just saying the same onesided arguments that literally every trump hater regurgitates over and over these days. it’s a shame that neither you guys in the comments, nor Stephen could see that he wasn’t arguing back at all. in fact he was just trying to give the least one-sided answer possible. just his broad opinion. the man handled it well. if Stephen invited me on his show and kept rudely interrupting like that, i would have said “why the fuck did you have me on here if you just wanna shove your opinion down my throat and not listen in return” then i would have got up and left. y’all are hating the guy when you didn’t even give him a proper chance to speak...

Agreed. I guess it boils down to this: when you think of a lawyer, you'd probably think of the look, the gravitas, and the assuredness of an Avenatti; when you think of a caricature of a lawyer, you get the faux-mobster look, the hollow rhetoric, and the dissembling of a Scaramucci.

I've been in a coma for a couple of years. Im happy to see this Avennati guy and how important and righteous he is to the democratic party. He seems like such an amazing man. One of the best. If he wasn't one of the best then everything he said about Trump and Guiliani would be the exact opposite. We are so lucky we have this divine, truthful, not creepy man. Why is there nothing recent about him on the only news Network I watch: CNN? I would love to know how he is doing, where is he now? I refuse to watch other networks and CNN wouldn't lead me astray. I'll wait until they inform me further on his triumphs.

I can totally relate to this. I just came out of a cave I've been living in for over a year. I think I managed to dodge the worst of the WW3s that Trump undoubtedly started. Like you, I am very interested in what this upstanding lawyer has accomplished since last I heard of him from CNN. I'll bet he's the frontrunner in the Democrat primaries and it's scaring the crap outta Trump having to face him the general. I can't wait for him to beat Orange man and throw him in prison. Speaking of Prison, isn't it about time Trump was impeached already? I hope the Democrats are thinking seriously about it. I believe they have a very good chance of removing him from office. Not that Avenatti wouldn't beat the pants offa him in the general, but the earlier the better when it comes to removal. Our world cannot survive a Sixth World War caused by Cheeto Hitler and his mean Tweets.

Trevor Kent Exactly -- he's a very smart man who happens to also be funny, not the other way around. Leno, Seinfeld, Letterman, etc are funny guys who have smarts, but aren't as intellectual or as politically aware/"woke" as Colbert. That's why, for all their talent, they could never have pulled off something like "The Colbert Report" (a giant, multi-year satire of Bill O'Reilly).

TTV5 idk, i dont like scaramucci as much as the next guy, but he had some great points. Guliani, for example. Premeditated makes sense. Trump fires people for anything, you think hes going to let someone keep going on tv and fucking up? Nah its a strategy for his base. & he talked about how the free press is important. Lets not have blind hatred for someone b/c then you just argue on every point. Keep an open mind. Obviously he skirted around some questions but dont be overly critical. Hes less of a sleeze as he was, for sure.

How do you think language works, joapps? You think there's some Council of Elders who decides what's valid and what isn't? No. People just put letters together on a screen or piece of paper, or they put sounds together with their mouths, and then if other people understand what they're saying, that's called language. If you don't understand the phrase "a simple kind word", then by logic of how language works, you ought to be considered illiterate. It would explain your aversion to taking notes. You should probably work on that. Again, I don't know why you decided to come out of the gate and be a complete dickhead to someone you don't know. You've got a burner account with no info on it, so my assessment of you is based entirely on this interaction. You're painting yourself in such an ugly light, and you're doing it on purpose. That's pretty sad. You sad, illiterate garbage person.
