Also, Trump chose to spend almost all his time on the stand on repetitious political campaign rants and attacking the judge and AG, instead of sticking to any available helpful facts or background, of which he really had none.

One instance of MANY: it's not reasonable to value a parcel of undeveloped land as if it already had 77 homes built on it. Not an innocent mistake. Period. So yes, summary judgment on the fraud.
