@ interesting, so Carnivore includes broccoli now! Do you not watch all those “plants are trying to kill” you videos. Giving up UPF is both good and healthy. Excellent point from David about number of fruit and veggies portions - min 5 portions: accumulating to hundereds per month: volume over nutrient density, then add work then add cost, it is not cheap to buy a lot of quality veggies and fruits. I live in France, today I red that in France people eat less and less of organic veggies and fruits. I only smiled, because I see more people buying steaks, there is bigger meat selection in supermarket and one of the grass fed Scottish angus providers lowered the price from 50 to 43 eur per kg. I also found 30 eur French ribeye - Charolaise, they compete with those big US American angus - 55 eur per kg. Beef section is getting bigger and fuller with more variety. There are bones with marrow, beef liver, heart, oax tail, tongue ect. Section with goats cheese was almost all sold out. Each saturday there is a line to fish stand, we have fresh sardines, people do buy it.

So we end up just taking on a scavenger like mindset and or a addictive personality like feeling. If I'm on the road and hungry, not often and I go to Mc Donald's or Hungry Jacks I've been ordering for a long time 2-3 Angus patties, 4-5 rashers of bacon or 2-3 eggs, they were putting a funny face but lately it looks like more and more people is eating this way as their reaction is like they're used to now, is cheaper and better for your health!!! Happy New Year to the carnivore community and Greetings from Down Under!!!

On two separate occasions, I've had people come up to me at McD's while I was eating 4 freshly made, steaming hot Quarter Pounder patties with salt, pepper, onions, pickles and mustard. Their reactions were, "Did you get that here?" and "That looks so good!" Best part is that each time they gave me a receipt with a coupon for" buy one burger, get one free" (if you do a quick survey). Rinse and repeat with two double Quarter Pounders. Haven't done it in ages, but it was always delicious.

@@jhenyalovering41 Several times I've been told they just throw the patties on the grill. If anyone standardizes anything, you'd think it'd be McD's. It's also my understanding (though I don't know if it's regulated) that if a restaurant grills with oil, it becomes part of the ingredient list. AFAIK, quarter pounder patties are just the 100% beef they say they are. Pro-tip: If you don't have the coupon I mentioned, the app currently has (for my area) a 40% off any Quarter Pounder, so you could add patties to that. Different McD's charge different prices! It's crazy. Some do $1.50 for a patty. Some near $3. So, enjoy if you do go. They're always cooked fresh and steaming hot off the grill... it's crazy good. Cheers.

If managed properly, pastured ruminants recycle nutrients into the soil, encourage biodiversity and sequester carbon - that’s a fact. On the other hand, industrial monocropping for plants only diet is stripping the land and decimating habitats while creating its own huge carbon footprint. Taking away well-managed livestock to stop emissions and supporting fiber-fuel human methane and destructive grain agriculture is not “progress”, it’s a disaster. I'm not sorry when I choose real regenerative protein.

My basic take on why we started developing agriculture & eating plant food , was that we ( humans )beacme lazy! Why chase a mammoth or a deer ,, lets just grow some grass outside the hut & eat it .. after all they saw the animals do it , so figured it'd be OK! 😁
@lat141916 күн бұрын
There are schools of thought that farming started with animals and then growing food for the animals, then learning how to brew beer. Early brewers made a type of bread to use as "must" ie beer starter. We only began actually domestication vegetable and grains for human diets much later.

@lucysu387514 күн бұрын
I would assume so. If they are feeding this amount of people with fruits and vegetables, the land is enough to farm cows to feed this many also. Don’t forget you eat less when you’re in ketosis vs when you’re not from eating vegetables etc.

@@andyc7747 I was just wondering if we have enough land to feed 36 billion cows (9 billion to kill every year + the reproducing herd). I think we are with too many, we are the burden to this planet. I say: Less humans, less agriculture, more cattle!

Ladies and Gentlemen. I am a Finn, so no small talk here. Quote "the only animals that are sick like us are the domesticated pets and live stock" I was on keto six years and then last four I have been on carnivore diet. I went deep in the rabbit hole. It seems it is not about the food. It is about the electron tunneling of mitochondria. Only carnivore and pure hard animal fat has less deuterium. Something the food discussion excludes entirely. There is over 150 years of evidence that the Food Transport Chain does not exist. The electron and its quantum phenomena is all there is. Sunlight is coded in foods electrical behaviour and in the mitochondria of animals that we eat. Humans have both distroyed our airways with non native EMF starting with telegram wires and distroyed the food chain of homo sapiens with pestisides and athrosine like chemicals. I believe even the fake magnetic pollution is damageing life by making water molecules resonate in an alien ways. The last two years of my personal health recovery journey has been carnivorous but putting more emphasis on grounding, Leptin as well as cold exposure. Near Infrared dosing and better understanding of the roles of various spectral frequencies to our cell signaling. Not just visible light but namely UV-A/B and C. There is nothing wrong about having food discussions but it is miss leading the debate what is right and wrong. Water physics is something the wild nature always harnesses. This is why all back to the nature tacktics work.
