Imagine being in a band where everybody's married or they were a couple on drugs and alcohol, they all broke up, they have bad feelings, they all wrote songs about it, have to make an album and that album is one of the biggest selling albums of all time now for the rest of your life you will have to play those songs, night after night they have to relived it, BRUTAL

Can you imagine how strong Lindsey’s fingers must be? To be able to pick like that, so cleanly and smoothly is astonishing. Truly one of the greatest guitar pickers in music history.

I remember hearing comments about Lindsey being a genius years ago and thinking, "shure, keep dreaming", but then one time I actually watched him closely and listened to him closely, and hung my head in disbelief. They were right.

I remember learning Travis picking years ago while taking classical and jazz lessons. Practicing Travis picking offers such a unique and dexterous skill to guitarists.

Haha, this makes me feel so much better! I've been playing for about 7 years now and fingerpicking is my specialty but this one has given me fits since I started. I'm slowly getting there, but I've only got the intro to playable level so far. Good to know I'm not the only one struggling through! 😊

I seen Fleetwood in 1981 in Las Cruces New Mexico usa and watching the guitar player was si dang awsem that day his playing with his boot tips hanging over the stage inspired myself to learn guitar...RocknRollflat5

It was very difficult for me until I learned and played it hundreds of times over. The funny thing is you must keep practicing it or it’ll get lost very quickly

Buckingham is indeed a genius, but underrated because he’s so far out there. I’d even say Quirky. Holiday Road is another great one.

I'm working on it now. Almost got it down at a slower speed. Easily the most difficult fingerpicking song I've attempted to learn. The fact that Lindsey can play and sing this at the same time is just insane.

This truly is a gem, so difficult Buckingham rarely plays it all the way through live. The best recording is on the CD Rare In Air from the best music station in the country KCRW , NPR, Santa Monica.

Try playing it in dropped c tuning with capo on 6th fret. Doesn't require big stretches.

Capo 4th fret, drop 6th string to E and 5th to B and go for it. Easy. 🤞🙏

Thats more in the Style of Mississippi John Hurt. His stuff always sounded very simple, not true. Using 3 fingers and alternating the bass, all sliding open chords ect. Very tricky.....

There’s an easier tuning... open string tunings would be low to high C G D G BE & capo at the 6th ... of course it’s still brilliant....

You should watch “Sound City” a film that Dave Grohl made about The studio that produced 8 of 10 songs that you hat on the radio from the 70’s -90’s ….. Buckingham Nicks were the first group to be recorded on the infamous “Neves Board”…. You want to watch it 10 times
