May your Dad, RIP, Uncle Kage. And, thank you for your gift to us, for being our voice, and for making us happier furries because of the gift your father gave to you. Thank you for entertaining us, Your Furries, for nearly 20 years.

This touches me a lot... in 2014 I gave uncle kage a badge. and 2 years later he's wearing it at the con. It meant so much to me and I have the utmost respect for him.

To the people who chose the 20's theme that brought in the Prohibition on this show, that was GENIUS! To Kage, it's a cruel joke. Loved it, wish I could've been there myself

Hilarious part of the Scotsman's rantings and what a heartwarming ending with that tribute to your dad. I remember their golden wedding (I hope I remember right that is was the golden one) at Eurofurence, Ringberghotel in Suhl, Germany that many years ago. He was a great man and he raised a fine son that passes on his legacy to make the people happy around him.

The way my American friend explained it to me, is in the US, the baseline measure of personal success and prosperity, is straight, neat, white teeth. In the UK, we have a lot more people who will only go and see the dentist because something hurts, (Possibly due to it being one of the few health services we'll probably have to pay for). Thus the stereotype that we all have terrible teeth and why that is viewed as a thing worth mocking us for.
