This was the best Queen Anthurium care video I've ever seen. You could literally teach kids to care for this plant. This video seems so sarcastic like it's rolling it's eyes at people who say the Queens care is difficult. 🤔😂..

Awesome video ty so much . Idk what I’ve been doing right but I live in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania where humidity is scares and I bought a regale it has put out two huge leaves in less then a month and working on another . I only run one humidifier and still lucky if it reaches 65• humidity. I didn’t realize til watching this you’re right... most photos I see the regale only has one leaf . I’m doing something right , winters are rough here and I’m very much dreading that .

Great video! it's really helpful :) At 14:05, Miss Regale says "if it's pretty hot where I am." What is considered "pretty hot" for an anthurium regale?
@leafing.around4 жыл бұрын
Thank you! Looking back at its original habitat in the Peru rainforest, the temperature ranges from low 20 degree Celsius to about mid 30 degree Celsius. When I say pretty hot, I have in mind anything above 28 degree Celsius in mind :)

@@leafing.around i live in Switzerland. I have her in a little Greenhouse with some other plants like Crystallinum and Veitchii. She is in full Spaghnum moss. In the Greenhouse I have a humidifier that runs very low. When I check the hygrometers, it's mostly 50-60% in there. The only sad thing is that I cannot really see the plants behind the plastic, but I enjoy taking them out, checking on them etc. Her stem is wrappen in some spagh too to keep local humidity a bit higher. :) her biggest leaf is abt. 35cm long now
