I've been taking that NMN and Resveratrol from partiQlar for some time now, and it surely gives me more energy. I reckon I will give TMG a try next since I'm 63 years old but feel like I'm 50. My wife and I take these supplements for over 1 year already. May the Lord bless you.

Resveratrol has been proven to be BS, look at Brad Stanfield's video on it, NMN he is a little skeptical of but it can't be ruled out so clearly.

Everything I've read has said that flush niacin is as good as NMN 🤔 Planning to add as a morning stack: • L-ergothioneine • TMG • flush niacin • TUDCA • NACET • Homotaurine

would the dosage ratio with tmg be the same if you're taking nmnh? i ended up buying that and saw after the fact that it's supposed to be more effective

Yes, dosage stays the same!
