By the the time that Mobile Observatory was introduced to the game I had left null-sec but I can see the advantage. AFK cloakers were the bane of null-sec mining.

They were introduced during World War Bee II when goons basically managed to put a cloaky scout in every system in delve and camp systems 24/7

Worth mentioning that warp core stabs (and interdictor nullifiers for part 2) can be activated whilst still under cloak - even gate cloak - before you try to warp away

I think I did for the nullifier, but warp core stab is a good catch

Dont use these its best to just make a real cheap fit and pray.

Whatever floats your boat really. I know people who use those and had a lot of success in avoiding ganks
