I've been having trouble trying to maintain a clear mind after being psychically controlled by energy vampires. For the longest I've denied myself the title of being psychic/telepathic and it has cost me peace of mind. Never again will I open up to people for the sake of a connection. It seems not so much being attacked as we become more distracted from our collective bound self. So we shed pieces or parts that which we don't always have a conscious hold of. And of course that form of energy, once shed, is picked up by scavengers. It takes work to hold a bundle of sticks all day and still live life. So find a string that ties all of your importance together in one bundle. Less soul sticks are lost now which means less having to focus on them.
