At 3 min 13 secs you are describing why you play c4 not d4 and there is a comment/answer from someone that is not clear (cannot hear it clearly) and you say "exactly you got it", but do not repeat what was said, so I have no idea what was said or what you mean here! . What was said? Exactly what is the reason you give for not playing d4 rather than c4?

theres a knight on c3 so you cant play c4 in that structure

With all due respect f3 is indeed superior to h3. There's a reason why it is the number one choice at top level.
