Great video coach :D I have a quick question if you don't mind. When you hit a topspin ball, at what angle do you hold the racket?(slightly open,90 degrees or flat) and same goes for backspin, how open/closed do you hold your racket then? Thanks in advance coach and stay awesome

Very nice video Yesterday i played with new person for the first time, i don't know how playing style, but sounds i lost my touches and skills too much, first i played with him using my Long blade and two almost dead Tenergy rubbers and i lost, then i changed to my Yasaka blade with MP-X forehand and Anti Power backhand, i lost again but won one game at least, this Anti Power isn't effective anymore, so i think i have to change it, and then i played with him with a racket not mine which has pimples one side i think maybe long, i won two games against him although it wasn't my racket, so i can see clearly that i must change the anti power rubber to either same or anti spin like this in video or long pips.

Is your blade in flare? It does look look like it on one frame of the video where you do a serve.

Yes, the blade is flared! But i put overgrip on the center so it's more similar to an anatomic handle.

Ciao Andrea. Hai notato che alcune volte incroci le gambe? La sinistra avanti quando fai il dritto: quando fai around the net, un palleggio quando il tuo sparring prende la retina, diverse volte quando devi andare "sotto il tavolo" per aprire. Così perdi la potenza e sicuramente anche controllo 😉 Mi sbaglio?

Ciao Juri! Mi trovi d'accordissimo. Ho sempre avuto questo problema di incrociare le gambe quando mi spostano sul diritto. É un errore che ho la consapevolezza di fare e che in allenamento provo (disperatamente) a evitare di fare. In partita, irrigidendomi un pochino, mi ritrovo spesso ad accartocciarmi pure su palleggi innocui e lenti. Mi sa che sto passetto me lo porterò nella tomba! 😄

@@AndreaAschi Chi non ha difetti nel gioco caro Andrea, tu ti muovi bene sai girare velocemente la racchetta, tieni ottimamente gli scambi e alla fine i risultati in campionato li porti. Alla fine migliorare a pro di cosa? Forse le tue energie e le tue capacità andavano indirizzate vs un altro sport che ti poteva dare ben altre soddisfazioni 💵! / Cmq il set up che più mi ha divertito è l’ultimo che hai avuto da DMS , roba da manicomio per gli avversari.
