The architects did a tremendous job to maintain the scenery and keeping the biggest part of the structure sunken under the ground, as an architect I know this kind of layout requires a great amount of structural planning and thinking of all angles and aesthetics of the whole plan and at the same time maintaining the clients specifications. Great job guys and good Luck to the owners , May they enjoy their beautiful home always, ameen.

First of all there are great architects in every country. The developing company is doing a project with interesting architects from all over the world, Greek, Japanese, Lebanese, Portuguese and more. the heritage of the island's architecture and of the island's character is already lost with the huge construction activity that took place all the past 15 years arbitrarily and without any plan. The fact that this house is somehow landscape friendly does not make it pure or friendly to the island's basic idea. And thats because of the scale, which is enormous and totally out of the island's architectural nature and also because is built in the middle of nowhere.... were the landscape, as far as i can see, was totally untouched. So... no matter how impressively you try to point out the purity of the glamour and the privillege of these kind of "invasions" , tha fact is one. That the greek islands one by one are becoming more rotten and "old" and overpoppulated in summer and they constantly lose their innitial simple character. The most of the greek islands have already become extentions of the modern, overconsuming way of perception in every aspect. So enjoy the land and the beaches that were available for everyone, and now one by one are made private... but please.... dont speak about greek islands and their beauty. Their beauty and their truth died the moment everyone started speaking about them. Just think how stupid is to go to a tiny island and build a pool..... this is total sickness. Let alone all the rest.....
