Those hats! Perfection! And yes, absolutely on board for a hat collection video (as well as a shoe collection) Shame about the price on that McCall sign! "That's different." LOL! Dead Toad on a Rope! What!? The mushroom stripe is precious and makes me think of Gnomes. "We need something like that to challenge us." That's the spirit!

If your laptop isn't fixed it yet, don't take it to the Apple store! Look up Louis Rossmann on KZbin, the Genius bar is notorious for not doing super simple fixes like just bending back a pin to fix a screen, and only offering expensive replacements.

Fondling quilting fabrics is my favourite part of quilting to be honest. They have a lot of fun colours and you can create some pretty cool patterns for the final product. Plus, who doesn't love a blanket? If you do end up quilting, I would suggest watching the Midnight Quilting Show on youtube
@mammamiaitalia43
@mammamiaitalia43 4 жыл бұрын
@@TinaTissue28 oh wow, I never heard of that show. Thank you so much for telling me. I love quilted blankets. Layers of blankets like. On my bed I'll have 4 blankets in the winter and keep it cool in my room. Its so nice.what type of quilts do you like? The heavier or the thinner ones?
@TinaTissue28

@@mammamiaitalia43 her show has helped me relax and embrace any mistake I make when quilting. Plus I am a visual person so it helps me build techniques. If you use reddit, r/quilting is an amazing place as well. Unfortunately, I live in Australia so I have to stick with thin blankets. Right now I am working on a Harry Potter themed quilt which will be fun

Did the fabric shops you went to sell licensed character fabrics (Star Wars, Harry Potter, etc)? If so how did the prices compare to JOANN (11-13 $/yard) ? Also, if you get a chance, do you think you could please write up a blog post of the shops you visited? I think it would be really helpful to have a quick written review of each shop (what do they sell, how are prices, is it worth visiting, etc). Thanks.

Angela and viewers, how do you store your cut tissue paper patterns that you're going to reuse? I fold the pieces up again the best that I can and stuff them back in the envelope but surely there must be an easier way that doesn't crease them. Ideas welcome!
@flowerbottom1974

I will fold them up and fit them into a normal folder to help you keep it from creasing too much. But If you have the space you could use paper towel tubes or wrapping paper tubes to roll them up
