I'm not sure how broad the appeal that video would have, otherwise I would do it. I love talking about shoes! My first purchase from them were the Bunny Journey shoes, followed by the bunny hop in purple. I bought little misty in black, and a pink mary jane style during their recent sale. I like a lot of their shoes, but given the lack of versatility I can't justify them full price. And I try to stay away from heels higher than 3" which can be limiting. However I LOVE the new intergalactic boots, and the Fuzzy peg style. Maybe someday!

There's so many great fabrics here! The blue one at 20:29 looks strikingly like the "Wishing" gown in The Phantom of the Opera. And that one with the deer would be so cute as the lining for a fall/winter coat! The outside of the coat could be a black, red, or green wool (the latter two in a vivid hue to match the lining). Overall, I think the historical prints are my favorite. Those purple, orange and green striped quilting cottons at 13:00 are DIVINE! And the fabrics for your The Paradise-inspired outfit are sooo lovely!

I recently tumbled on your channel and I love it! Saw you 2 videos of the shopping trip and whilst sewing on a babyquilt I listen and watch your video’s. Loved most of your fabrics and saw a dress or skirt in most of them as you explaned. But the 2 wavy stripes are totally not suited for the fifties skirt. They are sooooo 1870 in style and colour. Fifties colours and patterns are much brighter and bolder. I remember my mother wearing a white dress with more then life sized oranges and orange leaves on it in the fifties. And then the magic name came .... Philip Jacobs. I am a huge fan of his designs and am on his FB page. Made a lot of quilts in his fabrics. They are very well known in the quilting world and he bases lots of his designs on historical patterns and images from the 18 th century right to the thirties. He collects old fabrics to use as a base for his designs. You should look his and Kaffe Fassets designs up on Glorious Colours or simple google his name and you will find loads of his fabrics. Lots of them should be suiteble for your vintage clothing. His cabbage design is one of his most well known designs and the basket is one of his first designs for the quilting market. Online the is Flying Buldogs fabric store( also on Etsy) that sells lots of his fabrics at reduced prices.
