I love all this stuff! I was excited to see that CFRN exhibit. The big greenish TV camera (a Marconi, perhaps) was cool, but adjacent to it was an RCA TK-76 portable camera and power supply. I was one of the engineers on that camera project in 1975-76. You know you're old when stuff you designed is on display in antique shows!

That’s really cool! I’m sure my camera friend John would be thrilled to hear that!

Ha ha. I loved the typical dad part, making Stephen cringe by asking him about what music is popular lol. Very funny.

Glad you had a good time. Personally I am a minimalist so I would not have purchased anything. I do think these shows are good in that memorabilia is saved from the landfill and goes to people who will cherish and respect the items.

I sell handmade jewelry at a craft show in Wimberly, TX. The craft show is in it's 4th year this year, but isn't happening due to the organizers being sick.

I have a Lionel 027 gauge train that we got when I was a kid, my parents actually got it by sending in labels from Van Camps Pork and Beans. Really neat, has the missile launcher car where the missiles actually fly, and the cattle car with the cow that pops out when you pull up to the ramp. I have several cars with it, and a few accessories like the station. It has been packed away for a few years so I don't remember exactly what it has, but it was in working condition when I last had it out. Seems like the 027 gauge has somewhat fallen out of style, I don't see them a lot anymore.

Interesting video. Me, I can't sell anything. People love my stuff but everyone wants it for free so I simply quit going to shows altogether. I've found that numbers and location are everything; neither of which are available in northern Ontario. Kick in around 3-5 hundred for the booth space and you're broke before ya even start. Glad you made something but I'm thinking the motorcycle made it look much more profitable than it really was. All the same, I'm glad you are happy. God bless.

Awesome vid! Reminded me of last year when I opened up a booth for my dad's massive vintage collectible and antiques at a Hobby expo. He enjoyed it and I love seeing young people looking at my dad's collections and telling stories. A few people tried to buy his collections of Coca cola bottles n cans but we only exhibited them and selling was not allowed. But this year he is super excited to open the booth again and we are going to pack food and wear thick jackets next time as it was freezing in the hall. Thanks for the video and I'm subscribing ur channel😁

I watched an episode on How Clean is your house and there was a house that had a refrigerator in it that had not been opened up for some years. They put a tube with a camera at the end of it, that showed a snow like substance. It was not snow, it was a extremely hazardous bacteria. I was so afraid when you opened that refrigerator. Please don’t open it again. I’m sure that it belongs in a hazardous waste place. Don’t put you or your family at risk with that fridge. Tape it up and get something to move it and get it out of there. Be Safe! Jean from Arizona 🦂☀️🌴🌵🦎🏜🤢

How do you sell anything when you are walking around? I would worry that someone would steal something. I wouldn't put my son in charge of the booth because people would prefer to work with adults that are more knowledgeable.
