I can't believe how much you love moving stuff so much! I hate changing everything up! You need a bigger store! I couldn't believe you bought that one because it seemed tiny to begin with and you've had it squeezed up all the more with your great finds. Every time a person visits your store they can find something new just because they can't find everything in one trip!

I was watching a KZbin video on reselling antiques, and the couple got an old big safe and took it to their shop and their daughter and son were playing, and the 6-year old girl got locked inside!!! They called the fire department, etc. Not sure how, but they got it opened and she was scared but ok! Probably traumatized for life!!

You had mentioned stagnant inventory, in an earlier video and your need to fluff and buff the shop. In several local antique shops it's not just reorganizing a space, but what my antiquing friend calls "optimistic pricing." A dealer who had raised their prices on inventory that hadn't sold in years told me, "I would rather make a bigger profit on something than turn inventory at a lower profit." That seems counterintuitive on inventory that had been in the space for over three years. Especially when people are not investing in antiques.

Same here. Except the one on the NY side is way worse. I live in NY and it’s definitely not the Niagara Falls that my family went to yearly as it used to be. So sad. It’s gotten so bad that it’s actually pretty dangerous outside of the falls area.

The Canadian Pacific locomotive certainly got to the World's Fair on its own wheels. Because it pulled the Royal train, the King allowed the CP to name that type the Royal Hudson. (A Hudson is a 4-6-4 type steam locomotive.) They were built in 1937 and stayed in service until 1960. Four have been preserved.
