One shudders what Fils could have done had he liv’d to age 70 if this is anything to go by in terms of his abilities as a composer … what a loss to the musical world !

Excellent composer who had the habit the eating of spiders which he said tasted like strawberries. One theory is he died so young because he ate a poisonous spider. But this is just conjecture.
