This lovely work is conservative in style for 1893, so I can understand how it and his other music have largely been overshadowed by more "innovative" composers. What a pity, as it's very worthwhile.

Also, I want to tell all of you that I am a bit sad that Urspurch ends composing in 1894, completely I think in 1897 even if he lived until 1907, that was and is really a pity, but at least on this 10-13 years tried to revive Gregorian Chant.
