I really appreciated his vulnerability and humble nature... it must be SO hard to be in the public eye but I’m so happy that he’s able to share with us his talents! As a fluid Bisexual woman I completely related to his vulnerability about his sexuality!! I’m trying in my 42nd year to be more transparent about who I am, even though my shyness and fear of rejection keep me choosing where I feel comfortable with this... I’ve actually always had the opposite problem, of sometimes being too shameless and not caring about what I share or how it makes me look. A lot of times it’s a good quality, but there’s also many times it’s not as good. But as you go on you start to learn how to balance it out a bit more in a healthier way, for you and everyone else around you. I’m 27, so you probably have way more life experience than me but I hope you continue to find yourself and get more comfortable being more open about yourself. Meanwhile I’ve gotta learn when it’s appropriate to censor and edit myself lol. But we’ve all definitely got areas in our lives where we need to learn to better balance a bit more.

@Nev M… I think you’re definitely right about finding a balance with your self expression! Everyone is different and some people aren’t as open to receiving another’s expression and vulnerabilities. That’s something I think everyone can relate too at some point. I appreciate your willingness to be open with your experiences here. I hope when you meet criticism from someone about your expression it doesn’t cause you to dim your light completely though… it’s mostly a good thing to not care too much about what other people think, except when it comes to those close people and then it feels harsh and hurtful… I hope that you keep finding ways to shine your beautiful authentic soul to those around you! You’re so right, always a balance there! Use your intuition to feel if the person is receptive to your energy before engaging… this has helped me a lot! Thanks for sharing with us how you feel! 💫

Watching this interview made me fully realize that I too share similar struggles with Antoni. Depression, sometimes feeling nothing inside, and always getting inside of my head/overthinking. It’s very comforting in a way to know that I’m not the only one who is having issues with certain aspects of their mental health! Also, Joseph is so handsome and a really good interviewer! Same. I wish we were taught as kids that we need to look over our mental health like we do our physical health. In school you take health, P.E., Nutrition & diet classes etc from pre-kindergarten to 12th grade and yet our mental health is just as important, IF NOT MORE IMPORTANT considering how our mental state affects our entire physical health and yet its never mentioned. I hear people say "well parents can teach their kids" but if the parents arent taught how can they teach their kids? If parents have depression and dont know what to do how can they help their kids with depression?!? Its so frustrating because we are kind of subconsciously taught that mental illness makes you less than. If you wake up with the flu everyone knows its not your fault, it just happens. If you're born with only one eye, everyone knows its not your fault but if youre born with a mental illness or have depression theres a stigma that youre doing something wrong, you need to be ashamed and snap out of it. That shit needs to be changed and fixed stat lol

Interesting comment about waking up and feeling nothing. When my best friend's son was in high school, that's kind of how he described it. He said to his Mom "Mom, you know how those ads for starving and sick children and for mistreatment of animals really bother me? Well, I just don't feel that anymore, I just don't care". And for him that was the most succinct way he could explain it at that age. Fortunately his Mom understood that he was explaining that he was depressed and they got him the help - both medicinal and counselling - that he needed to get a handle on things. And, he now knows which signs to watch out for. And thanks to you for putting it out there!!

What I like about Antoni is, he's relatable right? I know I'm going to get a lot of flack for this but, he doesn't let his sexuality define him, which is really cool. He doesn't go around and parade the fact he's gay (or fluid....whatever....). I mean he holds hands with his queer eye costars, and he gets in drag, but it's not like an everyday theme. I'm one of those people who can look past certain behaviors, but my big thing is relatability, cause if I can't relate to you then it's really hard for me to be more understanding with like personality quirks I guess. I'm a person who doesn't let my sexual preference define me, cause I'd rather people look at me and think "Yeah he's an honest guy." Instead of "I can light my cigarette with that guy." Thank you Antoni with being an inspiration to me.

Sweet, innocent, Antoni! I really relate to you a looot! Maybe it's because we aren't that far apart age wise and I am Pisces rising. As you might know, you are a textbook Pisces, when I look at you and hear what you have to say in this interview. I know, the likelihood of you reading this, is tiny but I want to put this out to the universe anyways. First of all you are smart as hell! Your only problem is your hyperactive mind, that is telling you all this lies about yourself. We all have it but there are humans, who suffer from it more severely like you( at least that's the impression I get listening to you) and like I used to also. What helped me most was meditation and questioning my beliefs. Maybe you want to start writing down your assumptions and beliefs about yourself and really question them. Such unconditional love, that's how Fab 5 warmed me to their extensive interviews, and him saying he is a codependent, that really made it so clear how utterly real he is being with this world. I have the same exact thing happen when I am in a relationship, which might be an addiction. Huh🤔. I have dated and been so absorbed with others of the same and opposite sex. Its a lot of work. He speaks 4 or how many languages, and uses both sides of his brain, which I love he takes his time to relay thoughts to the audience. Antoni has lived enough life, and overcome the struggles, that he actually carries this peaceful Yoda old soul energy within, its all about his deeper nature. And he shows up, I would be so skittish to be on camera like they do, fluidly and so personally like all the Fab 5 are to the people they bring love to transform every episode. Its so cheesy that I think Antoni is repelled by the shallow factor, and he gets to transcend to a depth that most can't and be playful, hang with Taylor Swift trying to one up her on the Nationals songs. Its like we got fairy dusted in the midst of the uglyness that has tried to oppress and rule our lives, those ones who are by nature young souls, who feel freaked out and fearbased so they hate and use greed as a go to defense. This world is on the path if Queer Eye is the indicator beacon to what is manifesting now. The hatred in this community is also in my opinion going to diminish by Antoni's tears fallling from his cheeks. I don't want music video, plastic guy antoni, I already know and unconditionally love him as himself.
