I love your content, andI have one helpful hint. You should look for standing dead trees to cut fire wood. Trees on the ground collect more snow, rain and moisture from wet dirt and moss. And always check the heart wood for rot and funky wood. Hard dry wood burns the best. Pine burns fast with lots of smoke 😊

Very beautiful spot, BUT never set up your camp such close to a river. If there is a rain in the Mountains, water will come up very quickly. Secomd: You can t hear anything else than the water. And be careful, when jumping down rocks, you easily can get injured, what can be life threatening when alone.

Do you scout your locations first or just go and wing it? What country are you in? It's cool you don't talk and just get down to business but that leaves alot of questions. Lol

It depends if I want to build something specific I first look for a suitable place but often I just go and see what i find.

There is no way that I would consider placing my camp that close to the river. Flash flood? You can see where the high water line is. Above that is where you place your camp. Well above that...
