Dr Webb! You performed surgery on me. Did artificial disk replacement. December 2021. I made the fire academy because I was physical able to perform all the workouts with flying colors. Now I’m pursuing my degree in psychology at UTSA. I’m able to live a fast life without pain. The moment I woke up from surgery that day. I havnt felt a single ounce of pain. I’m turning 30 in November and I feel 25 years old. Thank you for everything you have done for this world. Whatever good thing I do in this world you have a part in that. Again thank you!

Do you ever take your time and go and visit the workers in the sterile processing department and actually thank all the hard workers who clean assembly and sterilizes all your instructions. Because without them you wouldn't have clean instructions. Oh by the way sterile processing technician are so under paid for the work they do for you surgeon. We have to rush instruments to the or room if it's something they need right away. . And never does a surgeon or doctor say thank you .any time we pass you surgeon or doctor in the hall way you always have you head down and never can say hello. Or when we say hello you act like we're not their. We don't get bonus like you guys do . I bet you never thought about giving money back to the sterile processing technician for a gift to say you actually appreciate them. You guys are sad

As a spine surgeon do you read the spine MRIs of your patients or do you just review the imaging findings in the report from the radiologist? Do you read the images in accordance to the disc disease nomenclature as outlined in the 2014 recommendations from the American Society of Spine Radiology, American Society of Neuroradiology and American Spine Society. As a spine surgeon, what do you like to see in the reports from the radiologist to help with the management of your patients?
