John Morgan's friend? What a truly obnoxious little wotsit. Now if I was Forrest Bedford I would not be letting my son have dealings with him. In fact I'd move town/county/state to get away from him.

This episode was off on the law. Forrest says "full disclosure" when giving information to opposing counsel. However, Brady v. Maryland, which requires prosecutors to turn over all evidence that may be exculpatory, would not be decided until 1963. Also, nowhere does a lawyer have to recuse themselves when their client confesses to them and her coercing the client into a plea under the threat of ending her representation is a huge ethical violation. Nonsensical writing. Oh, and Brad Sullivan was always awesome.
