I got to eat there last month on our trip and wow. Getting to talk to her when we were at the board was great but the food was amazing. Every bite was unique and flavor profiles that you don't expect. She definitely put her heritage in there and she made it her own. I can't wait to take another flight out there.

I remember seeing you on a goldees video a few years back and you made a comment about maybe opening your own BBQ place one day... I remember thinking "She should!" To then come across this video makes me so happy for you! I love that you are willing to stretch BBQ and do things that aren't normal because YOU love it... Spaghetti...Lamb... BOTH amazing items! Great video Ant! Sometimes when I'm watching documentaries I get turned off when the host seems they're trying to interject themselves into the video. So while I love you and your content I'm glad to see that you let Chuck do most of the talking and kept interjection to a minimum.
