I made this pyaji kachori today and it turned out to be super delicious...although i didn't had aamchur powder and dried ginger powder i substituted it with chat masala and crused ginger while frying....even for the dough I did exactly how she told...and it was super...if u r looking forward then just follow all the steps including measurements and it will taste really very nice😋...it turned out to be 100% halwai style...thanku so much for this recipe
