Sooji Idli Ingrdients
3 Tbsp Sesame seed Oil
1/ 4 Tsp Mustard seeds
1/2 Tsp Cumin Seeds
1 Tsp chana dal
Handful of curry leaves
Chill and ginger Finely chopped
Pinch of Hing
Few broken cashew
Half cup grated carrot
1 Tsp Ghee
2 Cup semolina
Water as explained in Video
Aloo chutney ingredients
3 Tbsp Sesame seed Oil
1 Tsp Mustard seeds
1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
1 Tsp chana dal
Half Tsp urad dal
Handful of curry leaves
1 Tsp green chillies
1 Tsp Finely chopped Ginger
Pinch of Hing
Dry red chilli
Two small onions
1 Tsp Salt
Half Tsp turmeric powder
Water as explained i am Video
Lemon juice
For to five Boiled smashed potatoes
1 Tsp sugar
Besan as explained
Podi masala ingredients
1 Cup chana dal
1 Cup urad dal
1 teaspoon Black pepper seeds
1 Cup Sesame seed oil
10 curry leaves
10 kashmiri dry red chillies
2 spicy chillies
1 Tsp asafoetida hing
Salt as per taste
Coconut Chutney Ingredients
1 Cup Coconut
Chana Dal
Green Chilles
Ginger
Mint Leaves
Tamarind paste
Hing
Salt
Sugar
