बड़े भाई नमस्कार । आपकी बातें सीधी दिल के अंदर तक उतरती है। आपके बताए पांच प्राणायाम इस कदर हावी हो गए हैं कि अगर सुबह पांच बजे कहीं से ट्रेन भी लेनी है,,तो अलार्म लगाकर प्राणायाम सुबह 4 बजे ही करने पड़ जाते हैं। छोड़ना चाहे ,तो भी नहीं छूट पाता। तुस्सी ग्रेट हो बड़े भाई।

I am daily doing Pranayam which is helping me to digest properly and I have included taking more green vegetables now and have reduced rice intake.I have started brisk walking too in the morning plus Awla which is my favorite and am taking 3-4 raw amlas daily. Boiled sweet potato ( Shakarkand) is my most favourite snack😂 I consume it heartily and green too is my evening tea. Green tea prepared with jaggery ( gur) and lemon juice added to it. Now onwards I'll take amla too which I don't.Amla achar I like well

I am 78. I try to take one amla daily, I take flax seed one spoon daily for more than 10 years. I swallowethi dana one spoon daily for 30 years, I swallow 4 kali of garlick daily. I developed diabetes in 2014, which is reversed. I used to take jamun ke beej, haldi, amla choorn, aam ki guthliyo ke beej, karele ke beej, jaamun ke beej on regular basis.
