Hi juz a small suggest. Stop taking food which contains gluten. Cuz how much u keep dieting if your eating gluten products u will never lose weight. ( Normal flour,rava,wheat flour,malt drinks ,bread) Try to take regular meals in small quantity by not eating since morning alot of wind will form n even can cause gastric. Take regular meals in small amounts n do excerise since u have a treadmill. Once a mth treat yourself... You will see a difference.

You need to follow a strict diet and workout atleast for 1 hour per day . I don think black coffee helps in losing weight , instead of that have bottle gourd juice, amla juice , moringa soup in an empty stomach. Detoxification is more important for losing weight . Completely avoid gluten foods and high calorie foods . Avoid white rice and add quinoa in your diet everyday and last but not least determination is more important. Best wishes

Honestly diet is just a part of slimming..u can never loose much weight by diet alone unless ur bmg normal.for obese and overweight diet will never help to loose weight unless u spare time to excercise.exercise is basic n eat as normal as u can or anything u crave.food is just secondary method.well we have seen Satish lost lots of weight from ur utube journey.if u challenge urself to loose 10kg.its worth it for ur career.people always looking forward for food bloggers to be an example or role model.ur so beautiful just little more effort.
