one of my teachers came up to me this year because I was very alone and didn't participate in class. He also pointed out that I show signs of autism and now I talk to him every week after school kinda about that. But it's honestly so much more than just having troubles speaking and making friends because sometimes I fell terribly depressed and lonely up to the point where I loose all motivation and joy. My teacher really is the sweetest person and I think it would be worth telling him about it, but I'm just so scared of his reaction or if he absolutely doesn't understand and it's just gonna get worse. When I speak to him I always mask my sadness automatically so it gets a little dragged away but after that it comes back twice as hard and it's really exhausting. I hope I'll find a way to tell him about it.

I haven't been participating in his classes and I didn't pass any assignments/tasks. Actually scratch that I haven't be attending classes at all not only his. I've just been struggling lately and I want him to understand it isn't laziness. Especially when I've been dealing with a lot at home and the pressure of always having perfect grades is suffocating.

I have a deep version of anxiety and when my teacher tries to talk to me I get upset and go under my arms and cry and once I almost punched her and When I get angry at someone I usually steal their books and rips them up. I can be called a crybaby and I get really sad and upset, I’m really always upset and sad so I basically can do whatever I want. I finally when to a conclusion with my teacher, I can go to a learning support room and just walk out the room whenever I want. I get special treatment and a girl said I’m just a faker so I couldn’t control myself so I kicked her and ripped all of her books and the teacher got her in trouble and not me, but she was the popular one so everyone started hating me (this was years ago I’m telling you my hole story.) I can also get anyone in trouble and I can’t get in trouble or I’ll get really upset and I’ll rip someone’s book up. I got this when I was in year 1 bc of my best friend who left the school. I mainly don’t do any work. In year my teacher was really nice so she always went to get me when there was a fun activity on so I wouldn’t miss out. She taught me how to not rip someone’s book up and control it using this thing. Once in a while I would get a very high version of anger so I would rip a boys book up... my new teacher in year was really mean to me, so I always ripped up her paperwork. There was a new girl and she understood my anxiety so she was my BFF and I protected her from my teacher when she was in trouble and she protect me from my bullies. I once took a girls book and threw and ripped it up bc she stepped on my bff’s toe (Her name is Lisa) I couldn’t control myself that time bc i was really needing to protect Lisa. In year there was another new girl and she tried to steal Lisa from me so when i got the Computer she was using I threw it and it broke. She tried to tell on me but they said she needs to be more careful so she went on time out. Lisa went off at me for doing that so i got really sad but I didn’t hurt Lisa bc I would never. Lisa started hating me. I am currently in year and I meet a girl called Issy and she doesn’t understand me but she helps me. I would say I have a deep version of anxiety and I am about to get really upset all day tomorrow bc my teacher told me to sit down but to everyone without anxiety thinks she said it very low but to me she shouted. You might think I’m faking anxiety but I’m not, it’s just who I am I just know I’m going to get upset bc of it. I can’t control it so I need help. Another story is once I fought with my bsf (She was a fake friend to me) I stole her pencil case and ran with it and she told the principal and then a teacher from the other class yelled REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY loudly at me so I cried and ran and I was crying so so so so so much so I ripped in half all of her pencils and had to be sent home. I didn’t come to school for 2 weeks bc I was in the hospital bc I couldn’t stop crying. I live a tough life but I’m currently and I am going through a lot so I just want to ask for some tips

I have a paper due tomorrow, I was supposed to work on it at home but I left it at school and now I couldn’t even start making the changes I needed to for the paper. I’m a new student there and I don’t know how things really work there or if my teachers are the most generous. I wanted to talk to the guidance counselor, they showed up after school and said next week they’d pull me out of class, but they never did and I don’t know where to request it, and I don’t know what to tell my teacher when I don’t have my due paper... this is really stressing me out and I’m afraid they’ll say I’m making up my GAD and panic disorder and I’m afraid they won’t take into consideration my mental issues and help me. Thanks commenters if you read this, just wanted to spill my thoughts out where people could see it and possibly relate to.

I get the worse anxiety when the teacher asks questions about a certain topic, it makes me guilty and ended up crying for not answering the questions (I feel dumb) I could've studied and prepared for the lesson but I was too busy finishing missing/ pending homeworks (bc i just started school last monday weeks behind school started) and also another problem of me is overthinking about school it just doesn't get out of my mind it affects my sleep and a hard time sleeping, I've been so conscious with my grades because I didn't participate to any discussions bc I focused too much on my homeworks and not on the topic, when my anxiety kicks in on a certain subject I ended up skipping WHICH makes me even more guilty, I overworked myself on the weekend continuosly, I think my teachers will think that im just lazy without them knowing I keep overthinking about their subjects day/night, I don't think its healthy anymore, It would be appreciated if you give me tips on how to cope this

In my experience most teachers would direct you to talk with a counselor if you’re looking for anxiety and depression help. If you’re already talking with a counselor than it would be a good idea to strategize with them around this if your teacher isn’t following your plan for help.
