Wow, you are only, almost, 23. (I'm 22) I thought that you were older (like 26+ maybe), not that you look older at all. But you are SO mature, I am nowhere near you at all. Lollines really because "biologically" there are a ton of chromosomal abnormalities that put many people outside of the XY, XX makeup. There are also a high percentage of babies born with both sets of genitals so, "biologically" there's a lot more going on in the world than the binary sexes you think exist. Also there are proven biological difference between cis individuals and trans individuals. So, "biologically speaking", you are wrong. I totally understand, someone actually called me sir yesterday. it is always so upsetting. I was in the mall food court with my Mom when I was 13, she was ordering food from a different place then I was. The cashier said to her "we're all betting on it back here, what do you think that is?" and pointed at me. She was like thats my child, and it's none of your business what she has between her legs. I'm really sorry this is happening to you and I can't imagine how hard it must be. I have mild social anxiety and I learned a lot about it. When you when anxiety, you overthink and start thinking unrealistically. So most of the negative thoughts you have, probably aren't true. When you're walking through a crowd, most people are way too busy talking or doing things to even notice you. Or they may be staring or looking at you for other reasons like how beautiful you look or for your makeup or style. People won't always notice the things you think. I think the first step is to try your best to think positively I those situations no matter how hard it is. Try complimenting yourself in your head or saying anything positive to yourself. Love you :)

Keep your head up and do not let anyone take anything from you. YOU have opened my eyes to what being a trans woman is like. I went from not knowing to not caring to understanding. And that is because of you. Never forget you make a difference to trans and cis people.

Although I'm not trans, I can certainly relate to your social anxiety. Feeling like people are judging, talking, even laughing at you is a horrible feeling. I mostly think this way because I have visible skin issues and I'm overweight. I don't like to stand out and I have very low self-esteem. The thing that's so hard to shake off, is the fact that most people aren't looking at you, thinking about you etc.; as everyone is mostly concerned about themselves. You look very feminine and your beauty and style is visually striking, people notice and stare at you like they do a barbie doll perfect model. I just wanted to let you know that I empathize with you and that I would stare at you only because you're perfect looking.

Joules, I have to say that no matter what, be yourself and be happy. That aside, you are one of the examples that every MtF hopes she can become. You are beautiful, funny, smart and confident. Don't let anyone take that away from you. I love getting notifications about your videos as you almost always post on topics that effect most of the Trans community, both MtF and FtM, and always put your personal feelings/experience with them. Keep being you and I know that the only people who will try and put you down are those that are self-conscience about their own selves and jealous of what you have. Just to put your mind at ease a little, most of my cis-female friends wish they looked as good as you.

I started my transition back in '96. I'm pretty stealth, and I don't remember the last time I got clocked; in fact, a couple of people I've come out to recently got really confused and thought by "I'm trans" that I wanted to start a transition to being a man (lol, eww, no). Even with all of that, I get dysphoria and anxiety whenever I look in the mirror and the light shadows my brow wrong, or whenever I take a selfie and my nose looks terrible, or the most anxiety-inducing of all whenever I'm interacting with a stranger and they stare at my face a little too long. I start to panic, but I suppress it and present myself in the most confident way I can. I have found that projecting confidence makes a huge difference in the way people perceive me. If you act like you think people will think you don't belong in this restroom, they might read that and then think that you don't, but never let that self-doubt show, they're a lot less likely to doubt you, too.

Just do your thing and don't worry so much about getting clocked. I'm not trans but what I can tell you is that I also had anxiety for the longest time. Gradually I began to focus more on what I wanted to do and less on what others thought about me. I learned that my concern on all the little things was only amplified because of what I thought of it in my own mind. Let go of the judgment and of the opinion of total strangers. They shouldn't affect you! You're beautiful and should let yourself be free and shine, Everywhere you go.

One of the most relatable things that you said in this video is "you never know what people are thinking." As a transgender woman, it can be easy to think that when people look at you they see your former self. These people could very well be looking at you wondering where you got your outfit from, or how you do your makeup so beautifully. That's just it, you really don't know what people are thinking, and you won't know unless they say something. The thing I hate about clocking is how are people truly supposed to know anything unless they've looked in your pants, and now for you even that wouldn't matter! There is no physical definition of what a woman is supposed to look like. I'm sure people have questioned some cis-gender women for being trans as well, not that they should, and they shouldn't for you either. It's really nobodies business but yours. Just know that you are loved on here, as you, a woman, regardless of what anyone thinks! xo

You are such a beautiful Woman. I have anxiety and always have, growing up I knew I was Bi Sexual and trying to come out to people in my family at a young age i was immediately shut down as it being a 'phase'. so I lived that part of my life silently and secretly, and never really went for what i wanted out of fear... You have done that Julie! You are inspiring to so many people, and sharing your experience good and bad, just makes you even more real and down to earth. I can't believe that you're only a few months younger than me - I thought you were a few years older, you just seem so wise and mature... I should probably stop calling you 'Mother Sparkles'. Hahaa I wanted to cry watching this, it's so sad that you and so many others have to deal with things like that. No one should feel like a circus escapee. That being said, the first video of yours that I watched was your tucking video. It showed up in my related and my honest first reaction was "What in the world is the woman doing talking about tucking?" It took it a while to click - and that was only because of your word choices.

I'm so sorry, Julie. Having an anxiety disorder myself, I'm very sympathetic. I'm glad you made this video, because a lot of us cis-gendered people just don't realize the constant fear and worry about not being accepted, and being misgendered, that trans people experience. Now that you've addressed it here, along with other struggles in other videos, it might help some people out there to be more understanding and accepting.

You are one of the most passible trans people I have ever seen, I would be completely blown away to discover that you weren't born a female if I hadn't been watching your videos for so long! You are so gorgeous, don't ever doubt the way you look because you are very clearly a woman :)

I wish "Clocking" wasn't so common that transexuals had to figure out something to call it. It feels like an interesting time to be a public transexual figure. It's fantastic that America on the whole is finally being made to encounter it, but because it's such a 'new topic' for most heteronormative people, they don't know how to talk about it or whats hurtful or sometimes, what being transexual even means. I want to thank you for being public about yourself and opening up in videos like this every once in awhile because you've taught me an enormous deal about the private side of being trans. Now that I know what a woman like you has to do in order to get and maintain the body you were born to have, there is no question in my mind how much of a woman you are. That takes so much strength. We'll get to a place where it's normal. It's going to take many, many years but I believe that eventually you'll just be you and the fact that you're transexual will mean no more or less than the fact that you have black hair.

Hey! I was eating vanilla ice cream too while watching this! Hope you're feeling good Joules! I face similar situations too and it sucks. But sadly, this is life and there's just too much jerks in the world. Always know that we are there for you!

I just made a channel literally to comment on this video haha. I am a trans girl, I've had full ffs- and sometimes I still worry about getting clocked but it never actually happens, really at all. Hiiii Julie. I think for us trans girls our own mind is often our worst enemy. I totally think the whole walking through crowds thing is in your head. Sometimes I get flustered thinking the same thing, but I force myself to actually walk slower, and be careless. And then I realize I'm not actually getting clocked. You are a beautiful woman and of course people will look at you- we all pay attention to pretty people. And for the few people that do outright clock you, you have to remember that you are openly trans on the Internet. So many people watch your videos. You are bound to run into them at one point or another. Try the whole taking it easier in a crowd thing, walk slow, calm down and take in your surroundings. Don't overthink the situation. Honestly this has really helped me to the point where I'm really not nervous in crowds at all anymore. Stay gorgeous!! Xx

It makes me so sad that society constantly makes you re-evaluate and feel self conscious in who you are. Joules you are a straight up women no matter what anybody thinks. Please know that for every time someone makes you feel bad for using a public space like a women's bathroom, there are people just like me who have your back and are thinking only positive things about you x

Jules people are not staring at you because they're clocking you. They are staring at you because you are striking and beautiful. You have things that catch people's eyes like tattoos, fake books, long hair. You are gorgeous!
