That's me except for the nail/skin biting and add a few more things 😪 I'm a work in progress I guess. So many people have anxiety but I think if everyone talked about it more it'd be easier bc there's more people with anxiety then the eye meets.♥️

I have almost all of them but I don’t have anxiety or at least I don’t think so I but I know I have adhd so I think these can be symptoms of adhd too

I am diagnosed with anxiety by a doctor and would like to point out that anxiety can look different for everyone so don’t diagnose ur self bc of a yt short also fear r pretty generic symptoms and almost everyone dose them even if I don’t have anxiety
