I'm finding fewer of these disposable vapes discarded in the street lately. Not that it really matters to me, as I already have more lithium cells harvested than I know what to do with. I charge them up to 3.8V when I find them, which proves that they're working okay, and is supposed to be the best long-term storage voltage. I've built a few of them into gadgets, but most of them just sit in a storage box, waiting for possible future use.
