I have done five videos using the base. I wanted to try and get some sort of chaotic movement going, but failed totally. However, I did get it working pulse motor style with no trouble 😊😊

It was only £1.52. I fully expected it to be cheap plastic, but it is a metal case. The insides are minimalistic, but it should do the job for what I have planned 👍👍

It is very rare that I find a car in a charity shop with a controller. However I have been doing this since 2013 so I have built up quite a stock of controllers over the years.

The outro is actually one of my old ones. I was going through my archives with the intention of doing a video compilation of the old outros to show how they changed over the years. I keep meaning to do a new one in this format.

Definitely plastic, just coated with shiny stuff 😁 And the outer silver ring is plastic too. If I scratch the surface it is black plastic underneath. I have been doing pulse motor type things with the base for a few videos coming up later.

This was an easy one. I suspect it had never worked, so it was dumped in a charity shop waiting for me 😁😁

Well the base and the support arms are plastic anyway. That really doesn't leave much to print. You could print the circular parts. The axles and bearing surfaces would be lower friction if they were metal but they would work for a while as plastic. So the answer is, yes you could print it, if you really wanted to.

That would depend on whether you were happy with just the propeller spinning when the sun shines or whether you were expecting it to fly.

The wire is hanging off the battery tag.

They are pretty quick when the sun shines high up so they get good coverage 👍

It definitely could do better with some more work done on it.
