Concrete block under the bent door and raise it up until it bends back. Please don’t shave it down to make it fit 😂

Just use a car jack to put pressure from the bottom and shove it back into place. I’ve done it before worked like a charm!

Mike it happens when you don't latch the doors all the way back and dump. The doors hit the ground and applies enormous force to the hinges and bends them. We had it happen to ours too. Try beating the hinges with a slege to get them back into shape, pushing on them with a bobcat or visiting a machine shop. I could help more I'f I was in person. If it was dumped with them open, wouldn't that bend the doors upward? His door was sitting too low as if the door had been pushed downward while open.

If I got lose while dumping and the reverse a bit them it would hook in and cause this

Put a log under the door with a floor jack and try and push it back to the original spot

ours did that. We put a rock breaker bar ( the thick metal pointed bar) through the hinge between the door and body. Then we slammed the door a few times to bend the hinge back to where it should be. Once it can be latched at all, we used a sledge hammer and whacked it until it could close smoothly.

Not the safest way but a 3 ton jack might bend that back in place, you might need a couple solid cut railroad ties to make up for the height!!

This is what happens when someone dumps with the doors open but mistakingly forget to latch the doors to the trailer.. one the force hits the dirt it does this exactly.. use heat and bend it back.

I had that happen before. Quickest fix is we just opened the door and raised the dump bed until the door touched the ground and bent it back far enough to latch

Happened to our roofing dump trailer, use a sledge hammer and whack the hinges back a bit until it latches. Just be careful not to break anything. This happened when someone forgot to lock the door in the open position when dumping the trailer and it caught the door and bent the hinges as it lifted, which was the opposite way but same solution

Lift the corner up with a couple guys. This has happened to my guys before when they dump it the doors are not all the way closed and it hits the pile and bins them down out of alignment.

You have to put a 4x4 in there with a hydraulic jack from the bottom of the right side to the top of the left side and bend that gate wall back up conversely you could try to push the door from the ground up but it could break a hinge

put a jack under the sunkin door, it will bend the hinge so it should line up..or cut the hinge off and reweld it.

Undo the hinges on the fucked side, close the gate so the middle is where it should be, then adjust the hinges as needed. Same concept works with household doors.

check your floor you might have bent it down when overloading cussing your side to come in when is spring break up did not come back to original you can take a floor jack put it between the two sides and a four-by-four and expand your sides out and that might fix your problem besides lifting the tailgate

It looks the L gate is sprung down. The L wall of the trailer may be leaning towards the center. Consider taking it to a welding/machine shop. The have the equipment to fix it right the first time.

Spread the top driver's side wall a bit outward to account for the uneven gap.

I’m sure you got this fixed many months ago, but a hydraulic Jack under the door could work. Looks like the driver’s side got pushed in at the top or something heavy hit the top of that door. 😮

again no pre trip, come on Mike, for a dude building systems you have no pre trip checklist? the driver MUST do a pretrip before leaving the yard. Ck the lights, tires, body, load secured, hitch secured, destination mapped out.
