What do you think to make the unboxing in sezon 1 with 10 episodes, then sezon 2-4 with 12 episodes for testing ?

That is so totally my plan. Stay tuned!

This is a nice unboxing video thank you. I’m looking forward to getting my own S1! One reason to preserve the box for return is simply that most people buying these machines I think will want to preserve that box. I know a complicate the unboxing video and I think most viewers can probably figure out how to navigate the box so it’s not really a big deal. I also really like your use of cameras and thank you for showing that off a little bit. I’m interested in how to do that kind of thing myself.

So, the quick tip on the camera is to clap a few times at the beginning so the multicam software can sync. Then I use the multicam sync tool in Final Cut to bring all the streams together. Then it's just a matter of cutting out as much as I can from the full take.

I just pre-order this Kobra S1 as well as the Kobra 3 Max. And considering Bambu Lab is forcing users to use their proprietary products I'm stop supporting them. I think this Kobra S1 is going to be very underrated from what I've seen and heard.
@AdvancedGeekery11 күн бұрын
Yeah, I'm thinking the same thing. Hoping to get the Max in here to review sometime soon.

I'm new to your channel and I am interested in your comparison between the S1 and X1. I also noticed the harbor freight organizers under your tool bench. Did you make a video on how your built a rack to hold them?
@AdvancedGeekery11 күн бұрын
Thanks! You know, I didn't. But I probably should. They were cut with the CNC. I'll add doing a video on them to the list.
@thesavo11 күн бұрын
Cnc, that sounds cool.

I forgot. I did an article on this: www.zdnet.com/article/my-first-big-cnc-project-a-parts-organizer-rack/

Please read the manual, it will be easier then. Do you really think it will come out on the side after you cut the whole package down? Open from the top and read the quick guide first

This is random but i really like that floor in your shop. What kind is it? I have done the paint specs before with paint and a top coat but it looks better
@AdvancedGeekery10 күн бұрын
It's an epoxy floor that we had a pro put in before we moved into the house. My one regret was the black and blue. It's very hard to find a dropped item on that color, We had a red and gold floor in our previous home (you can see it in the Harbor Freight workbench video) and it was much easier to find stuff.

This is a literal "unboxing" video, nothing else just unboxing. I ordered my on the founders early bird thing too. I hope I get mine soon. "Crossing fingers"

With all the rapid advancement of 3d printers, i cant wait in 5 years from now on what 3d printer will happen, but i believe it will only getting good now

Hey, I’m just thrilled that bed leveling by hand seems to be something now in the past! But yeah, can't wait to see what the future has in store.

didn't order the one with the ACE Pro. seem that others are now getting the S1. Must be waiting for the ACE Pro's to arrive.

I'm a reviewer. It's part of my job to test these things out, and vendors send them to me in the hopes they'll get good reviews. Usually, after I'm done running tests with them or putting them to use on projects I document, they get donated to a local makerspace here in Oregon.

@@AdvancedGeekery Thank you for the reply, agree with some others here, that was a rather haphazard unboxing. Hopefully your next video will be a more polished, kinda got the feeling you just had a "let's get this over with" type of approach.
@AdvancedGeekery10 күн бұрын
@@smokey433 That is exactly correct. I had a contractor coming and had to clear the space the box took in the garage by that afternoon. But to be fair, my unboxings are always a little haphazard no matter how polished I try to be.

You really made me watch five minutes of you cutting a box if I can’t cut a box I can’t 3-D print

Start writing a ton of reviews. Once you've written or produced quite a few, vendors will find you. I've been doing this for decades.

Anycubic = Discontinued printer in less than 1 year , no support, no spare parts, FU Very Much and please come back again to buy new model.
@AdvancedGeekery11 күн бұрын
I'm not thrilled with the lack of spare parts, especially considering how Bambu does with theirs. But I've found Anycubic support to be no worse than other 3D printer suppliers, and better than a few.
